A full-body harness for cats and puppies learning to walk on a lead.
A harness rather than a collar is the right call for both. Cats can reverse straight out of a collar when startled, and a puppy pulling against a neck collar puts strain on its throat. A body harness spreads the pressure across the chest instead.
